Cantina Agave is the latest Beijing restaurant to shutter its doors. The announcement was made yesterday on WeChat by the head of Cantina Agave’s PR team, Marlon Ma.
“We hate to say ADIÓS, so we will just say GRACIAS. We miss you already Beijing.”
"We want to say thank you all for all your support over the past years, along with all the laughs and tears, margaritas and tequilas, tacos and burritos, good times and bad that we had. And at this very heart-breaking moment, I would love to invite you to join us on Saturday for the official closing party of Cantina Agave in Beijing. We will truly be honored to see all of you one last time!!"
In celebration of their time in Beijing, Cantina Agave will be throwing one final fiesta with an all-night happy hour on Saturday night. At least you can drown your sorrows with RMB30 Coronas?
